When I should have been in the garage, I was out with the video camera…
This was a day I had set aside for working in the garage. Alas it did not happen. Partly due to a lack of sleep and a late start. Mostly due to the fact that I have been wanting to make a video of the 924 for some time. I forgot some of the equipment, so this was all filmed on 1 Kodak Playsport within a small are, so involved a lot of driving in circles.
Without further ado, here is my Porsche 924S:
One of the many nice things about having a car with poor paintwork, it duct taping the camera to the car doesn’t matter!
For the PC brigade:
How on earth did you end up here?
No speed limits were broken! I was very careful about that point.
While I was out I also took some stills for a full road test report which will follow soon.
Needs to go faster! š Video is pretty good, the sound (of the video) could be better.
Always need to go faster! Filming on public roads for public availbility (incl. the police) am always sure to stick to the speed limits.
Thanks – I managed to forget my suction mounts and tripod, so there was a lot of duct taping instead! Unfortunately the sound isn’t great on the little PlaySport (designed to be used underwater).
